The Velvet Global collection, brought to you by Li Pigments, is a range of highly concentrated permanent makeup pigments with more glycerine and less water that are fully complaint with EU REACH regulations. These pigments stay wetter and are thicker in consistency than Aqua pigments, making them more suitable for manual microblading than machine work.
The high-quality glycerin base means this slow-drying formula is perfect for beginners or artists who work a little slower. This formula is well suited to clients with dry skin, but works beautifully with all skin types.
Brown Sugar: A versatile light to medium brown shade with a slightly cool undertone. Suitable for Fitzpatrick 3-4.
