Quantum PMU Pigments are organic, made from all-natural ingredients and can be used for cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. These pigments are completely vegan-friendly and cruelty free, containing no ingredients derived from animal products.
All Quantum PMU Pigments are sterilised using gamma radiation and also undergo rigorous laboratory testing to ensure their safety.
The Platinum Label range are fully EU REACH compliant and can be used neat or mixed with other pigments in the range to achieve the desired shade.
Mercury is a blackened brow shade - suitable for eyebrow and eyeliner treatments.
