Rosa Herbal White Soap Concentrate is a nourishing, gentle cleansing milk that is suitable for use before, during and after the permanent makeup procedure.
Used before treatment, the formula will gently and effectively cleanse and remove any trace of makeup or dirt from the area. Suitable for even the most sensitive areas such as the eyelids during eyeliner treatment, the formula is made from 100% natural cosmetics.
It can also be soaked onto a cotton pad and used to cleanse and wipe away pigment whilst you work.
